Supergenia is for everybody
We want to make young talent management more inclusive and accessible for everyone. This work is never done, but here’s how we’re taking it on so far.
Digital accessibility standards
We’re working toward the digital accessibility standards laid out by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. In the future, we will also invest in automated testing tools to help us catch more issues.
Improved profile accuracy
Kids with special needs rely on schools/organizations to meet their requirements. When making a chose, they need to be sure that the school or any other organization will work for them. That’s why we are building a profile (individual & corporate) that showcase every accessibility feature or need.
Ongoing research
We’re conducting research with people who have disabilities and regularly work with experts in the accessibility community to help us build Supergenia with accessibility in mind.
